Celebrating our 20 th year in business, New England Bioassay (NEB) has become one of the leading aquatic toxicology laboratories in the Northeast. Our senior personnel have more than 90 years of combined post-graduate experience in the environmental field. Between 2000 and 2005, our laboratory staff conducted more than 11,000 acute and chronic tests to meet our client's needs for whole effluent toxicity (WET) compliance testing, site-specific water effects ratio (WER) testing, toxicity identification evaluations (TIE), bioreactor studies, and specialized product/chemical assessments. Our dedicated staff is committed to providing our clients with professional testing and consulting services.

Although New England Bioassay is located in EPA Region I, NEB staff are experienced with test requirements of other states and EPA Regions. In addition to EPA Region 1, NEB currently provides services to clients in EPA Regions 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6. NEB is also certified to perform acute and chronic toxicity testing in New Jersey (Laboratory Certification No. CT405).
