| Robin Faulk is the Assistant Laboratory Director and oversees daily operation of the NEB marine and freshwater toxicology laboratory. Ms. Faulk received a B.A. in Biology from Georgia College in 1975 and a M.S. in Ecology from The University of Tennessee in 1978. |

Before joining New England Bioassay in 1991, Robin was employed as a Research Scientist at Battelle Memorial Institute in Columbus , OH and at Battelle Ocean Sciences in Duxbury , MA where she supervised the operation of the toxicology laboratory and provided technical direction for toxicity identification evaluation and aquatic toxicology projects. Ms. Faulk has more than 25 years experience in aquatic biology. Her direction of technical staff involved in on-going testing programs at New England Bioassay ensures compliance with testing requirements of EPA and state regulatory agencies. Ms. Faulk is also responsible for implementing and maintaining the quality assurance (QA) program at NEB and reports directly to Dr. Cooney on all QA/QC matters. In her capacity as QA officer, Ms. Faulk is responsible for operating a QA program to support achievement of data quality objectives for environmental monitoring. |
